The woman who is accused of defrauding media personality DJ Zinhle has been granted bail.
Phumzile Diko who allegedly defrauded the reality TV star and business woman over half a million rand on Wednesday, 4 May appeared at the Protea Magistrate Court and stated that she intends to not plead guilty against the fraud charges that have been leveled against her. 

According National Prosecution Authority spokesperson Phindi, the incident happened last year in July while Diko was still one of the multifaceted personality’s employees and she allegedly transferred money out of her business without her knowledge into her own personal account. 

Diko who pleaded not guilty to the crimes against her was arrested earlier last month and has since been granted bail of five thousand rand and was ordered to report to Midrand Police Station twice a week.
