It’s A Game Of Crowns In New Reality Show!

Ever wondered that it takes to be in the running for Miss South Africa?

Well the organisation behind the prestigious beauty competition has made it possible for you to gain insight as now the general public can experience the highs and lows of pursuing the Miss South Africa crown through their newly released reality TV series called Crown Chasers.

According to the Miss South Africa organisation the much anticipated series will allow viewers to follow the ups, the downs, the fears, the tears, the tantrums, the glamour, and laughs.

They further revealed that each episode will run for at least five to eightv minutes and it will follow the top ten contestants from the moment they are given the good news that they have made it to the finals, to the live pageant event which takes place at the SunBet Arena, Time Square, Pretoria on Saturday August 13.

Speaking to Nounouche, Miss South Africa Organisation CEO Stephanie Weil said that they don’t want them to be mean or catty but it does happen.

“Each of these finalists has the dream and ambition to win the crown but there is only one winner. Everyone is fighting for it. The passion is palpable,” she said.

The organisation further revealed that the first episode of Crown Chasers airs free and exclusive on the Miss South Africa app then thereafter the remaining nine episodes will be shown every Monday and Thursday.

The reality TV series is produced by seasoned media personality Relebogile Mabotja and the final episode of the show will be available to watch in August and it will celebrate the winner and her personal journey to becoming Miss South Africa.

Miss South Africa 2022 will take home prizes and sponsorships worth more than R3 million.

The Top 10 finalists competing for the crown are Anarzade Omar, Ayanda Thabethe, Itumeleng Parage, Keaoleboga Nkashe, Lebogang Mahlangu, Luvé Meyer, Luyanda Zuma, Ndavi Nokeri, Pearl Ntshehi and Tamsyn Jack.
