Mamelodi Sundowns’ impressive 3-0 victory over TS Galaxy on Monday, April 29th, marked yet another significant moment for the club in the Premier Soccer League.
Despite facing a packed schedule across the African continent, Masandawana have maintained their dominance in local football, extending their unbeaten streak to an impressive 23 matches!
The win signifies another remarkable milestone for the club, putting them on track to potentially make PSL history with the most consecutive wins in the league’s era since 1996.
It’s worth noting that Sundowns had previously held the record for 21 unbeaten matches at the start of a season back in the 2021/22 campaign.
With just seven league matches left to play, Sundowns, who are on the verge of clinching their seventh league title, are also on the brink of earning the invincibles tag in the PSL.
